# Whop clipping campaigns scored by payout, with a clip brief in Telegram

This n8n workflow reads the Whop Content Rewards directory every morning at 8:00, applies your payout and budget filters, turns each rate into what one of your posts earns, has OpenAI score the campaign against your niche and saves every campaign to Google Sheets. The best get a clip brief in Telegram.

**Use it on n8n.io:** [Score Whop clipping campaigns and send briefs with Apify, OpenAI, Sheets and Telegram](https://n8n.io/workflows/21119-score-whop-clipping-campaigns-and-send-briefs-with-apify-openai-sheets-and-telegram/)
**Workflow JSON:** https://automationbyexperts.com/static/n8n/whop-clipping-campaigns-briefs-telegram-google-sheets.json
**Actor it runs:** [Whop Content Rewards Scraper - Clipping & UGC Campaigns](https://automationbyexperts.com/apify/whop-clipping-campaigns-scraper) ($0.0005 per result)
**Runs:** every morning at 8:00

## How it works

Choosing which clipping campaign to edit for means opening the directory and doing arithmetic. This workflow applies your hard filters first: minimum dollars per 1,000 views, minimum budget left, how much of the budget is already spent and how many creators are on it. Campaigns you were shown yesterday are dropped.

A Code node then turns each rate into what one of your posts earns at your usual view count, works out the unspent budget per creator and labels the competition. OpenAI gets those numbers and may not change them: it scores the campaign against your niche and platforms, lifts the posting requirements from the campaign text and names the requirement most likely to get a clip rejected.

Every campaign scored goes to Google Sheets. Those that clear minPayPerPost and minFit get a brief in Telegram, capped by maxBriefs: what to make, three opening hooks, a checklist from the campaign rules and the condition under which to skip it.

## Settings you edit

| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| `niche` | Poker hands, casino streamer reactions and gambling news, cut from long streams… | What your channel is about, in your own words. |
| `platforms` | tiktok, instagram | The platforms you post on, separated by commas. |
| `typicalViewsPerPost` | 20000 | Your honest median views per post, used to work out what a post pays you. |
| `wontPost` | crypto trading signals, political content, anything needing my face on camera | Content you refuse to make. Campaigns that need it are marked down. |
| `searchText` | (empty) | Optional text the campaign must contain. Leave empty for all. |
| `minRewardPerThousand` | 1 | The lowest dollars per 1,000 views a campaign may pay. |
| `minBudgetLeftUsd` | 2000 | The least budget a campaign must still have left. |
| `maxProgressPercentage` | 90 | Campaigns with more of their budget already spent are skipped. |
| `maxCreators` | 0 | The most creators a campaign may already have. 0 means no limit. |
| `noApplicationRequired` | false | When true, only campaigns you can join without applying. |
| `maxCampaigns` | 50 | Campaigns read per run, which is also what caps the Apify cost of a run. |
| `minPayPerPost` | 15 | A campaign must pay you at least this much per post to get a brief. |
| `minFit` | 60 | Campaigns scoring below this get no brief. |
| `maxBriefs` | 3 | Most briefs one run sends. |
| `googleSheetUrl` | PASTE_YOUR_GOOGLE_SHEET_URL_HERE | The URL of the Google Sheet that holds the campaigns tab. |
| `campaignsTab` | Campaigns | The sheet tab every scored campaign is appended to. |
| `telegramChatId` | PASTE_YOUR_TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID_HERE | The Telegram chat each brief is sent to. |

## How to set it up

1. **Get the workflow into n8n** - Open it on n8n.io and choose "Use for free", or copy the workflow JSON from this page and paste it onto an empty n8n canvas.
2. **Connect your accounts** - Create a free Apify account and connect it in the Read the campaign directory node, then connect OpenAI, Google Sheets and Telegram.
3. **Describe your channel** - In the Set your channel node write your niche, platforms and median views per post, then set minPayPerPost and paste your sheet URL and Telegram chat id.
4. **Run once and read the sheet** - Run the workflow by hand and check the Campaigns tab, then activate it.

## What it costs

The workflow is free. Each run bills the actor on your own Apify account at $0.0005 per result. At the current price a full run of 50 campaigns costs $0.025, so 30 runs a month come to at most about $0.75. The Apify free plan covers a limited number of campaigns per run. OpenAI tokens are billed on your own OpenAI account.

## FAQ

### How do I find the best Whop clipping campaigns?

Import this workflow into n8n and describe your channel in the Set your channel node. Each morning it filters the Content Rewards directory by your payout and budget rules and scores what is left against your niche.

### What does "pays you per post" mean?

It is the campaign rate per 1,000 views multiplied by your typicalViewsPerPost, so you compare campaigns by what a post earns you, not by the headline rate.

### Does OpenAI decide the payout?

No. The numbers are worked out in a Code node and handed to OpenAI, which only scores the fit and reads the rules.

### Can I get the briefs somewhere other than Telegram?

Yes. Replace the Telegram node with Slack, Discord or Gmail. The brief is plain text.

### What does it cost to run?

The workflow is free. Each run bills the Whop Clipping Campaigns Scraper actor on your Apify account per result, capped by maxCampaigns, plus a few OpenAI calls on your own OpenAI account.
