Canada411 residential listings for one surname in one city, returned with the phone number and address of every match. The example searches Tremblay in Montreal, three pages deep. It runs on Canada411.ca Business Contact Scraper, costs $0.005 per result, and exports to CSV, JSON or Excel.

Skip tracers, genealogists and recruiters use this instead of paying per lookup on a people-search site, because the same public directory is behind both. The surname and the city are the only two inputs, and max_pages controls how far down the result list a run goes.
Only what Canada411 publishes comes back. Unlisted numbers stay unlisted, and nothing here reaches a private record, so treat a miss as a number that was never listed rather than a failed run.
