Scrapers break. Proxies get banned, runs fail at 3am and websites redesign without warning. For one fixed monthly fee I take all of that off your plate.
How it works
You tell me which websites, which fields and how often. I build the scraper (or take over the one you already have), host it, pay for the proxies, watch every run, fix it when the site changes and deliver clean data to your Google Sheet, files, webhook or database. One fixed monthly fee per scraper, quoted before you commit.
The parts of scraping that eat developer time every month are exactly the parts I take over.
The scraper runs on my infrastructure on the schedule you need: hourly, daily, weekly. No servers, no Apify account and no cron jobs on your side.
Residential and datacenter proxies, browser fingerprinting and rate limiting are set up and paid for by me. The proxy bill is part of the monthly fee.
Every run is checked. A failed run, a sudden drop in record count or a field that comes back empty alerts me, not you, and I fix it and rerun.
When the site changes its layout, URLs or protection, I update the scraper. That maintenance is what the monthly fee pays for, so there is no extra invoice.
Clean, deduplicated records delivered where you work: Google Sheets, CSV or JSON files, a webhook, your database or cloud storage.
Need a new field, another city or a different schedule? Small changes to the running scraper are included, and new sites are quoted up front.
The websites, the fields, how many records and how often. Or send me the scraper you already run.
I check the sites (anti-bot, logins, volume) and send one monthly price per scraper. No surprise proxy bills.
Often starting from one of my 54 public actors. You approve a sample of the output before it goes on schedule.
Runs on schedule, failures and site changes fixed by me. You just open the sheet, the file or your database.
If you are comfortable running a tool yourself, my 54 public Apify actors are the cheapest option. You start runs, schedule them and export the results.
If the data matters to your business and nobody on your team should be babysitting scrapers, I run the whole thing for you.

List the websites, the fields you need, roughly how many records and how often. I reply within 24 hours with a fixed monthly price, or an honest "this one isn't feasible".
You tell me which websites and which fields you need, and I handle everything else for a fixed monthly fee: building or adapting the scraper, hosting it, proxies, scheduling, monitoring failed runs, fixing it when the site changes, and delivering clean data to you. You only ever deal with the data.
One fixed monthly fee per scraper, quoted before you commit. It depends on the site (anti-bot protection, logins, JavaScript), the volume of records and how often it runs. Hosting, proxies and maintenance are included in that fee. If a scraper has to be built from scratch, the one-off setup is quoted separately.
I get alerted by the failed run or the drop in results, update the scraper and rerun it. Keeping the scraper working through site changes is exactly what the monthly fee covers, so it is never billed as extra work.
Yes. Send me the code (Python, Node.js, an Apify actor, n8n or Make workflow) and I will review it, quote a monthly fee to host and maintain it, or tell you honestly if a rewrite would be cheaper to run.
With a public actor you run it, pay Apify per result and handle the scheduling, exports and any failed runs yourself. With the managed plan none of that is your job: I run it, watch it and send you the data. It suits teams that need the data reliably but have no developer time for scraping.
Wherever you work with it: a Google Sheet that updates itself, CSV, Excel or JSON files, a webhook into your own app, a PostgreSQL or MySQL database, or an S3 / Google Cloud bucket.
I only collect publicly available data, and I will not scrape a site whose terms or the law clearly rule it out. If a site cannot be scraped reliably, I say so before you pay rather than sell a plan that breaks every week.
