Keywords, price limits, location and alert rule all live in a node named Set your search. Apart from connecting your accounts, nothing else needs editing.

Yes. They use the verified Apify node, which is available on n8n Cloud and on self-hosted n8n, plus standard nodes: Schedule Trigger, Google Sheets, Telegram or Slack.
No. Every template either uses the Remove Duplicates node to remember what it has already sent, or runs the actor in its only-new mode.
Ask at /suggest. A workflow needs an actor for the site first, and popular requests become new public actors and new templates.
