What this workflow does
This n8n workflow checks Wallapop every hour for new listings that match your keywords and price range, saves every new item to a Google Sheet, and sends the ones at or under your alert price to Telegram in one message. It runs on Wallapop Marketplace Scraper (ES/IT/PT) ($0.00025 per result) and the template itself is free.
🔍 How it works
The good Wallapop listings go to whoever answers first. This workflow runs your search on a schedule: every hour it asks for the listings posted today, newest first, and keeps only the ones it has not sent you before.
The search is built from the values in one node, Set your search: keywords, a price range and the country site. For a filter those fields do not cover (category, distance, seller type), paste a Wallapop search URL into searchUrl and it replaces them.
Each run has two outputs. Every new item becomes a row in your Google Sheet, which over time is a price history of that search. Items at or under alertMaxPrice also go to Telegram, combined into a single message of up to 20 items so the chat stays readable.

Every value you change lives in one node, Set your search. These are the defaults the template ships with.

- Connect Apify
Create a free Apify account and connect it in the Find new Wallapop listings node, with OAuth or an API token.
- Connect Google Sheets and Telegram
Create an empty Google Sheet and paste its URL into googleSheetUrl. Create a bot with @BotFather, connect it in the Telegram node, and paste your chat id into telegramChatId.
- Set your search, run once, activate
Put your keywords and prices in Set your search and run the workflow once by hand. The first run writes the header row in the sheet. Then activate it.

How do I get Wallapop alerts in Telegram?
Import this workflow into n8n, connect an Apify account, a Google Sheet and a Telegram bot, then put your keywords and alert price in the Set your search node. Once it is active it checks Wallapop every hour and messages you the new listings at or under your price.
Will it send me the same listing twice?
No. The Skip items already sent node remembers every listing URL across runs, so an hourly schedule only passes on items it has not seen before.
Which Wallapop sites can it search?
Set countryCode to es, it, fr, pt, de or en to choose the Wallapop site, and country to match. The default is Spain.
What does it cost to run?
The workflow itself is free. Each run bills the Wallapop Scraper on your own Apify account per item returned, and maxItems caps that at 40 items per run by default. The Apify free plan returns 5 items per run.
Can the alert go somewhere other than Telegram?
Yes. Replace the Send finds to Telegram node with Slack, Discord or Gmail. The message is built from the same fields as the sheet row.
