What this workflow does
This n8n workflow checks Spitogatos.gr every morning at 8:00 for listings first posted in the last 24 hours in the areas you pick, saves each one to Google Sheets with its price per m² and the agent's phone number, and sends a summary to Telegram. It runs on Spitogatos.gr Real Estate Scraper ($0.0015 per result) and the template itself is free.
🔍 How it works
You name the areas, in English or Greek, and the workflow asks Spitogatos.gr only for listings first posted within the last 24 hours. It remembers every listing id it has passed on, so the same home never reaches you twice.
Each new listing becomes a row in your Google Sheet with the asking price, the area in m², the price per m², rooms, floor, year built, neighbourhood and the agency, contact name and phone number. That last part is what makes the sheet usable: you can call about a listing without opening it.
By default every new listing is also sent to Telegram, in one message of up to 20 homes. Set maxPricePerM2 to a number and Telegram only gets listings at or under that price per m², plus price cuts while alertOnPriceCuts is on. Everything else stays in the sheet.

How do I get alerts for new Spitogatos listings?
Import this workflow into n8n, connect an Apify account, a Google Sheet and a Telegram bot, then put your areas and budget in the Set your search node. Once it is active it checks Spitogatos.gr every morning and sends you the listings posted in the last 24 hours.
Does it include the agent's phone number?
Yes. Each row has the agency, the contact name and the phone number the listing publishes, and the Telegram message shows the phone next to each home.
Can I track rentals instead of sales?
Yes. Set listingType to rent.
Can I be alerted only about cheap listings or price cuts?
Yes. Set maxPricePerM2, for example 2500, and Telegram only gets listings at or under that price per m². With alertOnPriceCuts on, listings whose price was reduced are sent as well.
What does it cost to run?
The workflow itself is free. Each run bills the Spitogatos.gr Scraper on your own Apify account per listing returned, and maxPages, 3 by default, keeps each run small. The Apify free plan works.
