Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 10, 2025
Welcome to Automation by Experts. These terms outline the agreement between us when you use our services. They are designed to protect both you (the client) and us (the service provider).
1. Our Services
We provide custom automation, web scraping, and data workflow services. All work is detailed in a specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work that we agree on before starting a project.
2. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to the following:
- Lawful Use: You will use our services and the data we deliver for lawful purposes only.
- Authorization: You confirm that you have the legal right to access and process the data sources you ask us to automate. You are responsible for how you use the final data.
- Cooperation: You will provide the timely feedback and information we need to complete the project successfully.
3. Our Responsibilities
As your service provider, we commit to the following:
- Professional Service: We will perform all work with a high degree of professionalism and skill.
- Confidentiality: We will treat all your project information and data as confidential, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Tools: We retain ownership of the underlying code, tools, and general processes we use to create your automations.
- Your Data: You own all the data we collect and deliver to you as part of a project.
- Custom Systems: For fully custom systems built for you, ownership terms will be clearly defined in our Service Agreement.
5. Payments
You agree to pay all fees as specified in your project invoice or Service Agreement. Payments are due on the schedule we agree upon. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web automation can be unpredictable. While we build resilient systems, we are not responsible for issues outside our control.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for those services in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for how you interpret or use the data we provide.
- If a target website or API changes, causing an automation to fail, we will work with you to find a solution, but this may require additional paid work.
7. Termination
Either of us can terminate a service agreement according to the terms outlined within it. Typically, this involves providing written notice. If you terminate a project, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Morocco.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is significant, we will notify our clients directly. Your continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the new terms.
