Scheduled monthly it becomes a compliance monitor that returns only what changed since the last run. Official open data, no API key and no portal scraping.

Which registries does it check?
Washington L&I contractors, Oregon CCB construction contractors, every Texas TDLR program, Colorado DORA professional and real estate licenses, Delaware professional licensing, and NPPES for every US healthcare provider with an NPI.
How do I write the roster?
One licensee per line: the state code, then the license number, then optionally the name on file, for example WA | ECOSTSC758NN | Eco Star C G Construction LLC. US followed by an NPI searches NPPES.
Can it tell me only what changed?
Yes. Each roster keeps its own baseline, so with onlyChangesSinceLastRun on, a monthly run returns just the licensees whose status or expiry moved.
What if a registry has no status column?
Texas TDLR publishes none, so the status is derived from the expiry date and the row says so. A weak match is reported as not found, never as someone else's license.
What does it cost?
$0.004 per roster line a registry answered for, and $0.002 per alert sent, so verifying a 500-person roster costs about $2.
