It pulls every DealerRater review for any car dealership, by dealer name or DealerRater URL, with the star rating broken down into price transparency, trade-in, purchase time, finance, customer service and service-time sub-scores, plus the salesperson each review names. Monitor mode returns only reviews new since the last run, so a schedule becomes a review alert feed.
